## SPiCT data file ## ## Commercial catches must be assigned a time INTERVAL given by "time_start" and "time_end" ## and must have fleet number 1. ## ## Indices of exploitable stock biomass are assumed to be snapshots in time, so "time_start" should equal "time_end" ## (If not, the midpoint is used). Allowed fleet numbers are 2 to 998. Separate catchabilities and variances are estimated for each fleet number. ## ## Total commercial effort may be provided, and should have fleet number 999. ## ## The column "obs" contain the actual observations. Only positive values are used. ## ## Relative observation weights may be provided in the column "stdevfac". ## The standard deviation of observation error (on log scale, which is approximately the CV) is assumed to be proportional to this number. ## "time_start","time_end","fleet","obs","stdevfac" 1996,1997,1,150,1 1997,1998,1,400,1 1998,1999,1,500,1 1999,2000,1,250,1 2000,2001,1,500,1 2001,2002,1,1000,1 2002,2003,1,1300,1 2003,2004,1,1250,1 2004,2005,1,1400,1 2005,2006,1,1500,1 2006,2007,1,1250,1 2007,2008,1,1150,1 2008,2009,1,1100,1 2009,2010,1,1200,1 2010,2011,1,1500,1 2011,2012,1,2100,1 2012,2013,1,1600,1 2013,2014,1,1200,1 2014,2015,1,1000,1 2015,2016,1,800,1 2016,2017,1,1100,1 2017,2018,1,1000,1 2018,2019,1,1100,1 2010,2010,2,206.5,1 2011,2011,2,216.5,1 2012,2012,2,192.5,1 2013,2013,2,238.1,1 2014,2014,2,206.9,1 2015,2015,2,189.7,1 2016,2016,2,157.9,1 2018,2018,2,150,1 2019,2019,2,167.2,1
