## SPiCT data file ## ## Commercial catches must be assigned a time INTERVAL given by "time_start" and "time_end" ## and must have fleet number 1. ## ## Indices of exploitable stock biomass are assumed to be snapshots in time, so "time_start" should equal "time_end" ## (If not, the midpoint is used). Allowed fleet numbers are 2 to 998. Separate catchabilities and variances are estimated for each fleet number. ## ## Total commercial effort may be provided, and should have fleet number 999. ## ## The column "obs" contain the actual observations. Only positive values are used. ## ## Relative observation weights may be provided in the column "stdevfac". ## The standard deviation of observation error (on log scale, which is approximately the CV) is assumed to be proportional to this number. ## "time_start","time_end","fleet","obs","stdevfac" 1934,1935,1,30456.5,1 1935,1936,1,36147,1 1936,1937,1,39176.5,1 1937,1938,1,45761,1 1938,1939,1,39144,1 1939,1940,1,55208.5,1 1940,1941,1,57295,1 1941,1942,1,38420.5,1 1942,1943,1,20982.5,1 1943,1944,1,25029,1 1944,1945,1,32047,1 1945,1946,1,44597,1 1946,1947,1,64850.5,1 1947,1948,1,80067,1 1948,1949,1,100170,1 1949,1950,1,96229,1 1950,1951,1,112405,1 1951,1952,1,91842.5,1 1952,1953,1,96117,1 1953,1954,1,69459,1 1954,1955,1,69311.5,1 1955,1956,1,70290.5,1 1934,1935,2,5.18,1 1935,1936,2,5.74,1 1936,1937,2,5.79,1 1937,1938,2,5.56,1 1938,1939,2,5.73,1 1939,1940,2,5.26,1 1940,1941,2,5.30,1 1941,1942,2,4.01,1 1942,1943,2,3.52,1 1943,1944,2,4.22,1 1944,1945,2,5.01,1 1945,1946,2,5.32,1 1946,1947,2,4.65,1 1947,1948,2,3.93,1 1948,1949,2,4.18,1 1949,1950,2,4.18,1 1950,1951,2,3.53,1 1951,1952,2,4.90,1 1952,1953,2,3.05,1 1953,1954,2,1.91,1 1954,1955,2,2.77,1 1955,1956,2,3.95,1
